Regular Member - must be a bonafide shipmanning company, preferably ISO-Certified; duly licensed by the Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE); representing a foreign principal; and other maritime-related institutions.

Associate Member - any maritime related institution or establishment whose goals, objectives and activities are within the Vision and Mission of the FAME Constitution and By-Laws.
